GE has managed to follow up changes in its organization by following the process by Lewins notion (1947) which includes unfreezing, refreezing and movements were some of the essential components of change. The model primarily focused on the role of the leader in the process of creating change as well as communicating and crafting the vision, leading it and finally measuring progress of the change implemented crosswise the dimensions of is organization.
